In the case that you would like to return your goods, Mainline Track would first like the opportunity to supply the correct goods. However, if you would like to proceed with your return, please phone the Mainline Track office to advise the staff of the issue. If you are returning your goods due a warranty issue, defect or the incorrect goods supplied by error on Mainline Track’s behalf, Mainline Track will arrange freight. If goods received are incorrect due to customer error (for example, if customer got model of machine wrong or provided incorrect dimensions) the customer is liable to pay the return freight fee. The customer must return the parts to Mainline Track’s Nelson depo to ensure the parts are fit for resale. Goods returned after 14 days from invoice will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Goods must be fit for resale otherwise won’t be accepted. Customers should expect up to 5 working days for their return to be processed and a full refund to be made.
